Performance Marketing

Before the property and ad-tech work, everything I know about conversion came from performance marketing. As a super affiliate for Cleverbridge AG — the e-commerce and subscription platform behind much of the software industry's checkout — I ran consumer acquisition for security and utility brands including Malwarebytes, AVG and SuperAntiSpyware. For GFI Software I finished as the highest-selling affiliate on the programme, and the sales work was award-winning. It is where the thesis on this page started: traffic is not the hard part, friction is.

Advised during the rollout of Gibraltar's Distributed Ledger Technology Provider framework — among the first purpose-built regulatory regimes anywhere for digital-asset exchanges and token sales. The work sat where it is most useful and least comfortable: between an emerging technology and the regulator being asked to license it.

Co-founded a boutique brokerage and scaled it into a recognised name in Dubai's prime market — building the listing side, the transaction discipline and the brand in parallel, and carrying it through to acquisition by a Middle Eastern conglomerate.

Dubai's first instant-offer property platform: automated valuation and a firm cash offer in minutes, compressing a months-long sales cycle into a single afternoon and putting the pricing model where the seller can see it. Founded in 2023 and currently in final build ahead of launch.

Smart-TV ad-tech platform turning televisions, elevator screens and Android devices into revenue-generating, self-serve ad spaces — bypassing traditional media agencies and putting monetisation in the hands of property owners and hosts.

Founder

A single accountable provider for everything a property needs — AC servicing, plumbing, electrical, handyman, smart-home and deep cleaning — with 65+ licensed services across 13 categories. Built originally around a private residential portfolio on Palm Jumeirah, Bluewaters and JVC, and now serving landlords, property managers and family offices across Dubai and Sharjah under annual maintenance contracts.
